Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy below.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated based on the original purchase price of the item.

Shipping / Delivery Fees

Original shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Approved exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the exchange is not due to a defect or our error.

Customers are responsible for any price differences and applicable shipping costs.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item (less applicable restocking fees, if any).

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
